Enrollment & Seat Reservation
- A seat is not reserved until full tuition has been paid.
- Students may pay using: Credit card, Afterpay (payment plan option), Cash, e-transfer, or debit (in-studio)
- Once full tuition is received, your seat is officially confirmed and held for your selected cohort.
Registration Deadline
- Registration closes 14 days before the first class of each cohort.
- Tuition must be paid in full by this date unless the student has already paid through Afterpay.
- Students who do not complete payment by the deadline will not be enrolled.
Tuition & Payment Options
- Tuition is $2,500 + HST.
- Payment methods:
Credit Card: Pay in full or select an Afterpay payment plan during checkout.
Afterpay: Students enter a payment plan with the lender. Once approved, tuition is considered fully paid.
Cash / E-Transfer / Debit: Must be paid in full at the time of enrollment (no partial payments).
Refund Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. To maintain fairness and ensure class operations, the following refund policy applies:- A $700 portion of the tuition is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Refunds for the remaining balance may be considered only if:
The request is submitted at least 14 days before the cohort start date, and
Exceptional circumstances exist (subject to review and approval). - Once within 14 days of the start date, all tuition is non-refundable.
